We're seeking youth to join our project as valued advisors. A minimum of three members per province will provide their voices and experience, and guide the development of educational media and resources for building safer, more inclusive political environments for those under-represented in key decision-making spaces.
What's the commitment?
- One year, with four group online meetings overall will be held with limited additional offline activities to be done throughout the year.
- Selected members will receive a $250 honorarium in recognition of their time and input.
- Youth Advisory Committee members will collaborate with the AAIP project team to co-create recommendations and resources for youth, by youth that will be shared across Atlantic Canada. This could include social media and/or video.
- PLEASE NOTE: Themes discussed will include experiences and impacts of polarization, hate, and racism.
